Service Description

Calisthenics uses the weight of your body to load your muscles with resistance. This is a full body workout designed to maintain muscle tone, maintain bone density, support a good metabolism, cultivate mental clarity and foster an inner sense of strength in who you are. You may recognize some of the movements from your prior experience with disciplines such as yoga, ballet, dance, circuit training, or exercising at the gym. You do not need experience with any of them in order to join, and as you are working with your own body, this class is for all fitness levels. We ask that you wear either trainers or socks on your feet, and wear clothing that allows you to use your whole range of movement.
