Service Description
Traditional Primary Series, student-lead with instruction as required. What is it? Quiet, deep, and steady - uncover abilities you never knew you had. What is it NOT? Not suitable for those avoiding challenge or sustained focus. Who it’s for? Practitioners ready to meet their mind, embrace the work, and find freedom. Note: Students may arrive any time up to 30 minutes after the start time, and will gradually build their practice pose by pose. While the community grows, this class will continue to feel like a fusion of LED Primary and Mysore Style.. Practitioners of Intermediate Series or above are welcome to join for self guided practice. Duration: 75 Minutes
