Service Description

Understand how the basic concepts of Ayurveda apply to you, identify areas of imbalance and ways to facilitate positive change. At the beginning of the consultation you will complete a short questionnaire about yourself, which will draw upon many aspects of your life, work and relationships. The results are generated on the spot and form the basis of our conversation. You may like to consider reflecting prior to the session about the areas of your life that you feel most content with, and those in which you desire a different experience or outcome. Ayurveda is the science of life, and offers practical strategies to create day to day bliss. We look forward to sharing it with you.
