An invitation to reconnect with your personal intentions, to review your wellbeing, to explore your relationship with food, and to move forward with greater clarity and focus on what is important to you. Inclusions: - Mixture of 18 cold-pressed fruit & vegetable juices and nut/seed milk drinks, delivered to you. - 3 x 60 min Live online yoga classes, guided by experienced Bermudian teachers, which will be recorded for you to repeat as many times as you like for 1 month. - 30 min consultation with an Ayurvedic Health Coach Live Class Schedule: July 26 - 6pm: Yin / Restorative Yoga July 27 - 8am: Twisty Vinyasa July 28 - 8am: Heart Opening Vinyasa With a full month to make use of all the inclusions, it means you can repeat the practices as many times as you like. We suggest you do the cleanse from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime, but feel free to adjust to suit your schedule. During the registration process we'll include a link for you to schedule your 30 minute online consultation. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Details provided during registration. Consider what 'light' might look like in your diet and lifestyle in the days leading up to the cleanse. This will mean different things for different people. You may consider changes such as reducing your intake of red meat, fried food, simple carbs (eg. bread, pasta, rice), dairy and refined sugar. Instead, add in more raw vegetables and fruits, steamed white meat and fish. It is normal to experience both pleasant and unpleasant symptoms as part of the cleansing process! Again, this is personal, and may include headaches, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, indigestion, or skin irritation, mental and emotional irregularities or noticing differences in your energy levels. Cleansing is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or experiencing symptoms of either a chronic or acute health condition. If you are currently undergoing treatment for any medical condition, please consult your doctor to determine if a cleanse is appropriate for you at this time.
