Service Description
This is an inward journey, guided by nature. We meet at Blue Hole Watersports, located within Grotto Bay Resort. We begin with a short paddle before setting our anchors and working with the movement of the board below us in a complete 60 minute yoga practice. We will invite you into a broad understanding of a multidimensional view of core stability, and we include guided breathwork and meditation. The cooling, fluid, smooth & soft characteristics of water are an ideal counterpart to the structure of the class, and both provide their own unique sets of challenges that form part of your inner exploration. Time remains for a short swim, or chill on the board. When you return, step on land with a new perspective on balance, inside and out. Board, paddle, leash and personal flotation device are provided, in addition to on-shore and safety boat support in the event of any unexpected hiccups. At this time we do not have an option to use your own board. Ensure any items you bring with you such as glasses, hats, cameras, etc are well secured and protected from water damage. Bare in mind you'll need both hands free to paddle, and we do not provide dry bags. IMPORTANT NOTE: This activity has a minimum of 3 persons minimum for it to run. You are welcome to contact us prior to booking if you would like to check how many people have signed up already. In the event that we do not reach the minimum number your booking will be transferred to the following week. We do not provide refunds. We accept ages 13 and up, and any participant under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Cancellation Policy
To sign up, download the ‘Fit by Wix’ App, then enter code Q12M4E to be taken to our app. Sign up closes 2 hours prior to the start time of the class. Sign up is individual, meaning that each participant will need to create an account in the app to sign up for the class, and you are able to sign up only 1 person at a time. On the waitlist? Keep an eye on the app notifications. You’ll have one hour to accept a spot if it becomes available. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use the app to remove yourself from the class, so that someone else can take your spot. We do not offer refunds. In the unlikely event that we need to move the class indoors due to inclement weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and no later than 1 hour prior to the start time of the class. The class will still occur at the programmed time, indoors at our studio, the Waterfront Hub on Somer's Wharf in St George's.
