Service Description

Influenced by Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Zen traditions, private classes are tailored to the individual or group, always with a focus on the fluid integration of breath and movement. What would you like to create or release? Please note the price here is for 1 to 3 students. Additional students are welcome at $25pp and must be booked and paid for separately. For example, a group of 5 will have a total of $190. All equipment provided.
