Service Description
This class incorporates breath with mind and body awareness. There is always the option to follow the guidance or to do one's own thing. Every session is infused with love and the end result tends to be relaxation, joy and peace for all who attend.

Cancellation Policy
Sign up is on an individual basis. We strongly recommend you set up an account so you'll be able to quickly reschedule or cancel classes if required. Sign ups open 1 week prior, and close 1 hour prior to the start time of class. When you sign up, we assume you genuinely intend to come to class. We expect that you will reschedule or cancel your sign up if you are unable to attend - you have access to do this up to 1 hour prior to the start time of class. Croquet Lawn classes are available exclusively to overnight guests of Rosewood and Tucker's Point Club members, if this is not you please refer to our services at other locations which are open to the public.
