Each practice is a journey in itself, to unlimited possibilities within the here & now. We focus on fluid integration of breath & movement. Please bring your own mat if you have one. We have a limited number to loan, no charge.

While sign up is not required, you are welcome to let us know in advance that you will be joining class. This helps the teacher to set up the space before you arrive. Classes at Rosewood are available exclusively to guests of the hotel and Tucker's Point Club members.
