Cancellation Policy
Sign up is on an individual basis. You'll be able to quickly reschedule or cancel classes if you set up an account with us when you book. We strongly recommend this. Sign ups open 1 week prior, and close 1 hour prior to the start time of class. When you sign up, we assume you genuinely intend to come to class. We expect that you will reschedule or cancel your sign up if you are unable to attend - you have access to do this up to 1 hour prior to the start time of class. If the class is full, join our wait list. In the event someone pulls out of the class you will receive an email offering your spot with 1 hour to claim it. The waitlist operates only through the FitbyWix app. These classes are available exclusively to overnight guests of Rosewood and Tucker's Point Club members, if this is not you please refer to our services at other locations which are open to the public.
