7:15am - 8:45am GUIDED PADDLEBOARDING in Castle Harbor - $25pp (Participants must be 13+ and under 18's accompanied by a parent or guardian) Location: Starts at the dock of Blue Hole Watersports inside Grotto Bay Resort Flowing with the wind and tides, join Clare to explore the multicolored waters of Castle Harbour. We will incorporate time to pause, where you can drop anchor and relax or stay active and play with some fun postures on your board. A sense of connection with nature is assured. 9:30am - 10:30am OUTDOOR MAT PILATES - Complimentary Location: Meet at the Waterfront Hub Join Christina to build strength and mobility through postural alignment and core stability. Explore movement fundamentals, to deepen your understanding of the body and allow you to move in a way that is more fluid & natural. You will leave class feeling relaxed, strong, and free in your body. We'll provide a mat for those who don't have their own. 11am - 11:45am INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS PRACTICE - Complimentary Location: Inside the Waterfront Hub Join Maryem for a sweet practice that is an invitation to slow down, listen in and connect to what’s here, right now. An invitation to pause, breathe, and breathe again. NO ACTIVITIES between 12pm and 3pm to allow time for lunch / siesta! 3pm - 4pm BODY TEMPLE DANCE - Complimentary Location: Inside the Waterfront Hub Join Angie for a ritual practice of somatic movement & meditation for those committed to embodying wholeness, embracing emotions, opening hearts, and healing in community. It’s rooted in pleasure, play, ancestral ways of living, shadow work, awakening, celebrating, & serving this planet. 6pm - 7pm CAVE YOGA - $25 pp Location: Meet at the entrance of the Cathedral Cave at Grotto Bay Resort Natural light filtering through a small hole in the roof of the cave is complemented by artificial light around a spectacular sinkhole. The surrounds are moist, and the concrete floor where Clare will guide the practice will be clean, but it won't be completely dry. You're likely to get a bit dirty in there and leave feeling clear, calm and grounded. Equipment provided.
