Service Description
This class will be a 75 minute Yin Yoga practice, fully guided, by Clare. Experience is not required, and the class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. The health information you provide on the registration form helps your teacher prepare a practice that accommodates any injuries, illnesses or limitations, physical or otherwise, you or the other participants may be carrying. Space is limited to 12 participants due to the amount of equipment that we need in this very still, contemplative practice. Registration is required in advance, not only so that we can have the space ready for you when you arrive, but also so that we can ensure each student has all the equipment they need. Cash donations may be left at the end of the session, or ask for our bank details if you prefer to do a Local Bank Transfer. The 'Lighting of the Town' event is being held in St George's at 6:30pm the same day. Consider staying after class to watch it, if you have the time. Cancellation Policy
You can register up to 1 hour prior to the start time of class, on an individual basis. If you are registering on behalf of other(s), use the cart function to register each person, and don't forget to check out at the end, otherwise we won't know you're coming. When you sign up, we assume you genuinely intend to come to class. We strongly recommend you set up an account with us so you'll be able to quickly reschedule or cancel classes if required, by logging into your account. That way if someone else wants to take your place, they can. Cancellation is available until 1 hour prior to the start time of class.
