Service Description

Cassandra McPhee, also known as Cassy, is a passionate yoga teacher born and raised in Bermuda. Her passion for the spiritual arts reflects in her educational endeavors. Cassy obtained her Vinyasa 200 Hour YTT in Costa Rica and recently had added a 50 hour Prenatal certification to her repertoire. She is also a certified Reiki Master, a published author and she is currently pursuing her Batchelor’s Degree in Divinity and plans to study Metaphysical Sciences for her Masters. In class with Cassy, you can expect a physical challenge, gentle encouragement, a lot of love and incorporation of meditation and breath work to enhance your practice. When not practicing yoga, Cassy loves to mountain bike, be with her loved ones and spend time in the ocean. When you book, choose the location, either our Waterfront Hub in St George (max 15 students), a third story studio that we rent in Hamilton City (max 20), or outdoors (including your home or other private location that you can specify when you book). Some of these locations hold more students than the number we can offer for you to select when you book, if this happens for you when booking for a group, email us and we'll manually enter your information.
