You give a lot to life. The nature of the universe is to expand and contract, over and over. It's part of your nature too. It's natural for you to pull back, now and then. We create the space for you to call all the parts of you back home. We help you to remember that the source of everything you need is within you. INCLUDED: 60 Minute Cave Yoga 50 Minute Swedish Massage 1 Night Accommodation at Grotto Bay Beach Resort & Spa Dinner & Breakfast ACCOMMODATION Your accommodation will be provided on a twin share basis. For example: If you book for 2 people, you will share 1 room with 2 beds. If you book for 3 people, you will share 2 rooms with at least 3 beds between the two rooms. If you book for 4 people, you will share 2 rooms with 2 beds in each room. NOT INCLUDED: Snacks: If you need to pick up a snack during your stay, Swizzle Inn Pub, the Bailey's Bay Icecream Parlour and Belvin's Variety store are all less than 10 minutes walk away. GROUP BOOKINGS: If your group is larger than 5 people, email us at hello@explorein.net and we will send you a payment link set to the number of people in your group. We will divide your group into multiple smaller groups for Cave Yoga as the capacity of the cave is 5 people per class. DAILY SCHEDULE: Day 1: Arrive at any time. Complimentary luggage storage is available prior to the Check-In time of 3pm. The schedule for your massage will be provided on arrival. Relax around the resort or take a stroll around the Walsingham Nature Reserve to see the Blue Hole. Day 2: Cave Yoga 8am (60 minutes) Check out 11am Complimentary luggage storage is available if required.
